Today’s well equipped Real Estate Agent is able to communicate with ANY client who wants to communicate in a way that is comfortable to them (e-mail, text, mobile phone, fax, Twitter are ALL in play now.). In addition to that, they must be able to be reached (or have the communication handled in a satisfactory way) almost on a round the clock basis.
We thought that technology was going to simplify our lives, but has it?
And if it has not, is there a way for it to? I think that there is.
Today’s brokerage must think far beyond the normal bounds of what USED to be real estate marketing. In the old days (six or seven years ago), the brokerage only had to buy advertising in the local newspaper, homes magazine, or advertise their phone number to be a success. With the addition of online marketing, mobile phones, social media, blogging, and all of the other technology advances, simply making marketing at the brokerage level is quite important .
So you have a real estate sales team or brokerage. How efficient are they? What tools do they use? Could adding a couple of tools make them even MORE so?

Are they “Teched Out”? Do they suffer from “Technology Overdose”? Does your team need to take a step back in order to get another two forward.?
